Privacy Policy

The Short Version

This site collects as little information about you as possible. There are no third-party analytics scripts running in the background. There are no tracking pixels embedded in pages or emails. Your browsing behavior is not profiled. Your data is not sold, rented, traded, or shared with any outside party for any reason. If you never fill out a form on this site, we know essentially nothing about you, and that is by design.

What Data Is Collected

The information this site may collect falls into two narrow categories: data you provide voluntarily, and basic server-level data that is generated automatically when any browser requests a web page.

Information You Provide

If you use a contact form or subscribe to updates, you provide information like your email address and, optionally, your name. This information is used exclusively for the purpose you provided it: sending you the updates you requested, or reading and responding to your message. It is not added to any marketing database. It is not shared with any third party. It is not used for any purpose beyond the specific interaction you initiated.

If you subscribe and later change your mind, you can unsubscribe at any time. Once you unsubscribe, your email address is removed from the mailing list. There is no retention period for inactive subscribers and no re-engagement messaging after removal.

Server-Level Data

When your browser requests a page from this site, certain technical information is transmitted automatically as part of the HTTP protocol. This includes your IP address, the page you requested, the referring URL (if any), your browser type, and the time of the request. This is not unique to this site. It is how the web works.

This data is handled by the hosting infrastructure and is used only for basic operational purposes: serving pages, detecting abuse, and maintaining site availability. It is not analyzed for behavioral profiling. It is not cross-referenced with any identity. It is not stored long-term for marketing or targeting purposes.

What Data Is Not Collected

Specificity matters here, so let me be direct about what this site does not do:

• No third-party analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no Hotjar, no Mixpanel, and no equivalent service running on this site. Your browsing sessions are not recorded, replayed, or analyzed by any external platform.
• No tracking pixels. Pages and emails do not contain invisible images or scripts designed to monitor whether you opened something, how long you looked at it, or what you did afterward.
• No fingerprinting. This site does not use browser fingerprinting techniques to identify you across sessions. Your screen resolution, installed fonts, and hardware configuration are not cataloged.
• No cross-site tracking. There are no embedded widgets, social sharing scripts, or third-party iframes that report your visit back to another company.
• No data sales. Your information is never sold. There is no data broker relationship. There is no advertising network relationship. There is no circumstance under which your information would be exchanged for money or other consideration.

Cookies

This site uses only functional cookies. A functional cookie is a small piece of data stored in your browser that is necessary for the site to operate correctly. Examples include a cookie that remembers your preference for a particular display setting, or a session identifier that keeps a form submission intact while you are completing it.

There are no advertising cookies. There are no analytics cookies. There are no cookies placed by third parties. The functional cookies used by this site do not track your behavior, do not follow you to other websites, and do not transmit information to any external service.

If you prefer to block cookies entirely, your browser provides settings to do so. The core reading experience on this site will function without cookies. Some interactive features, such as form submissions, may require functional cookies to work properly.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare operates the infrastructure that delivers these pages to your browser. As part of that delivery, Cloudflare processes the server-level data described above (IP address, request headers, etc.) for the purpose of routing traffic, protecting against malicious requests, and maintaining uptime.

Cloudflare has its own privacy practices governing how it handles data that passes through its network. Those practices are governed by Cloudflare's own policies and are separate from this one. What this policy can tell you is that no additional analytics, tracking, or profiling tools are layered on top of the hosting infrastructure by this publication.

Children

This site is not directed at children under the age of 16. It does not knowingly collect information from minors. The content published here deals with monetary systems, financial self-sovereignty, and technical custody practices, and is written for an adult audience.

Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy is updated, the changes will be published on this page. There will be no retroactive changes that reduce your protections without notice. If the way data is handled changes in any material way, that change will be clearly communicated to subscribers before it takes effect.
